OB9 Online Casino Terms & Conditions
The following rules form an agreement between OB9 and its customers.
By registering with OB9, you fully agree and accept these rules.
  1. By accessing the OB9 website and by registering through our site to participate in any of the interactive online games (collectively the “Games”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully and make sure that you only access the Games if you fully understand the contents and agree to be bound by them.
  2. Customers must be at least 18 years of age in order to place bets. OB9 reserves the right to ask for proof of age from customers and to suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
  3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their username and security details remain confidential. In the event that a customer suspects this may no longer be the case, they should notify us immediately. Any transactions carried out under the username will be the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Customers cannot cancel or change a bet once the bet has been placed and confirmed.
  5. OB9 reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud us. If there is evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selection having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, OB9 reserves the right to make such bets void and suspend relevant accounts.
  6. OB9 reserves the right to terminate your account at any time at our absolute discretion in the event that wagers have been placed in an attempt to defraud OB9 or made by or contracted by any bookmaker or gambling syndicate in an attempt to maximize payouts on our Games. Further, we reserve the right to withhold all winnings, as well as the principal amount, of anyone found to have taken part in such activities.
  7. To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation to verify you as the account holder in the event of a security check.
  8. If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account are incorrect, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions which are declined as a result of incorrect details where you have failed to make us aware of any changes or correct details.
  9. The reference language of the present Terms and Conditions is English. In spite of the care taken during translations, in case of difficulty of comprehension of any clause of these Terms and Conditions, only the English version will be valid.
  10. OB9 does not permit individual customers to create duplicate accounts (more than one account in any one currency). Any customers found to have created duplicate accounts will have their accounts suspended.
  11. Duplicate account registration by using deliberately manipulated personal details entries (if detected) may result in the irreversible termination of the gaming account access. OB9 reserves the right to revoke all accumulated winnings credited to users, and the account may be frozen permanently.
  12. All promotions are exclusive to OB9 registered members only. Only valid and active OB9 member accounts are eligible to participate in any promotional offers.
  13. Each bonus, promotion and/or special offer is subject to its own specific terms. The player agrees to read and understand the terms applicable to each bonus they collect. OB9 reserves the right to rescind any bonus, special offer or promotion at any time.
  14. The following game types, bet categories, and transactions do not count toward promotion turnover or rollover requirements:
    • Blackjack
    • First Person games
    • Casino Hold'em / Poker Games
    • Number Games
    • Board Games
    • RNG Games (e.g., Arcade Games and Non-Live Table Games)
    • Draw Result games
    • Opposite betting
    • Voided / Cancelled bets
    • Bets placed with odds lower than 1.50
    • Roulette bets covering more than 24 numbers
  15. OB9 reserves the right to forfeit the capital funds, bonuses, and related winnings from customers whose bets are questionable and lead to fraud. This includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:
    • Two-Tier Betting
    • Progression Betting
    • Opposite Betting
    • Arbitrage Betting
    • Bonus Abuse
  16. Prior to releasing or approving any withdrawal, OB9 reserves the right to request customers to furnish proof of Personal Identification, front and back copies of credit/debit cards, passport, driving license, recent bank statements, or other appropriate documentation as OB9, at its sole discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, OB9 reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
  17. These Terms & Conditions are part of the General OB9 Terms & Conditions.
  18. These Terms & Conditions prevail over any communication via email, chat, social media, or phone.
  19. The English language version of this Agreement shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of this Agreement.
General Promotional Terms & Conditions
  1. All promotions offered are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number, shared computer (e.g. school, public library or workplace), and shared IP address.
  2. Most promotions come with rollover requirements. Members must fulfill the stated turnover requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
  3. Any bets placed on two opposite sides or draw results will not be taken into calculation or count toward any rollover requirement.
  4. OB9 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus eligibility, bonus amount, and any associated bonus winnings of a customer or group of customers following suspicious common betting patterns that could result in generating guaranteed profit and/or guaranteed bonus eligibility. This suspicious activity may include, but is not limited to, common betting patterns across identical events, markets, or selections identified across one or multiple account.
  5. In cases of bonus abuse, OB9 reserves the right to deduct the bonus and any winnings associated with the bonus from the customer’s account.
  6. Promotion abusive behavior may include, but is not limited to, common or suspicious betting patterns across identical events, markets, or selections identified across one or several accounts, excessive betting frequency, or highly unusual betting behavior compared to regular betting patterns.
  7. OB9 will not take responsibility if members provide incomplete or incorrect information, which may result in delayed or failed delivery of gifts, rewards, or lucky draw prizes.
  8. OB9 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, suspend, or refuse any promotion at our discretion.
  9. All management decisions are final.
Rules & Regulations
The company reserves the right to do the following:
  1. All deposits made without claiming any promotion are subject to a minimum x1 turnover requirement before withdrawal can be requested.
  2. The bank account holder name and the registered OB9 account name must be identical to ensure successful deposit and withdrawal transactions.
  3. Void investments or transactions that are found to have issues or irregularities.
  4. Cancel draws and refund users whenever deemed necessary
  5. Refuse any investment, wager, or transaction without further correspondence.
  6. Conduct random security and verification checks at any time.
  7. Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
  8. All customers must be aged 18 years old or above. It is each customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their own local laws regarding online gaming and betting activities.
  9. All credits in 4D wallets will be temporarily locked during 7pm to 9pm (GMT+8).
